Using during first trimester on doctor's advice. No nausea and easy to take. Combination with B6 is helpful. Good that GS Pharma makes advanced prenatal supplements.
MTHFR mutation means regular folic acid does not work. Rufol with L-methylfolate is what my doctor prescribed. Very happy to find this in Pakistan. Top quality product.
