2. Products & Health Disclaimer
All products sold on gs-pk.com are dietary supplements and nutraceuticals, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Results may vary from person to person.
Consult your physician, pharmacist, or healthcare provider before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking prescription medications.
Keep all products out of reach of children.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage unless advised by a healthcare professional.
3. Ordering
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.
Order confirmation via email or SMS does not constitute a binding contract until the order has been dispatched.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a confirmation call or robo-call may be made to verify your order before dispatch. Failure to confirm may result in order cancellation.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across Pakistan
Online Bank Transfer
Debit/Credit Card (via Shopify Payments)
EasyPaisa / JazzCash (where applicable)
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped via Postex Courier across Pakistan.
Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days depending on your location.
Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout.
GS Pharma is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are:
Damaged or defective upon arrival
Incorrect product delivered
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
No returns are accepted for opened or used products due to the nature of health supplements.
To initiate a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of return approval via the original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders).
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled — please initiate a return after delivery.
COD orders refused at delivery without valid reason may result in the customer being flagged for future orders.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on gs-pk.com including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is the property of GS Pharma and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Privacy
We collect and process your personal data (name, address, phone, email) solely for order fulfillment and communication purposes.
We do not sell your data to third parties.

GS Pharma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
